Devon Open Studios 2025

This September I’m delighted to be taking part in Devon Open Studios 2025 with my studio open to visitors here at Seale Hayne, Newton Abbot. It’s a chance to share my recent series of paintings, All That We Carry, alongside my poetry booklet Sitting With It.

I’m thrilled to say that I was awarded a Devon Artist Network bursary this year, which has supported me in developing this body of work and preparing for Open Studios. It’s been an exciting and stretching journey—experimenting with abstraction, layering, and incorporating personal ephemera and poetry into my paintings.

Another highlight has been a feature in Devon Life magazine, where I was able to talk about my practice and the stories behind my work. To be recognised in this way feels both surreal and encouraging—it’s a wonderful opportunity to share my creative journey with a wider audience.
